Our Mission

Our mission is to create professionally guided climbing experiences that expand access, foster belonging, and build community for BIPOC climbers.

Through expert instruction, mentorship, and shared outdoor experiences, we create spaces where participants can develop technical skills, build confidence, and form lasting connections. Every retreat is designed to make the outdoors feel more welcoming, more accessible, and more representative of the diverse communities that enjoy it

Our Vision

We envision an outdoor community where every climber feels they belong and where access to high-quality climbing education is not limited by representation or financial barriers. By investing in people, cultivating future leaders, and strengthening community, we hope to help shape a more inclusive future for climbing.

Our Values

Community

We believe climbing is strongest when it's shared. Every retreat is an opportunity to build relationships that continue long after the weekend ends.

Professionalism

Our retreats are led by AMGA-certified guides who are committed to providing high-quality instruction, thoughtful risk management, and supportive learning environments.

Belonging

We intentionally create spaces where BIPOC climbers feel welcomed, respected, and encouraged to show up as their authentic selves.

Growth

Whether you're climbing outside for the first time or refining advanced skills, we believe every climber deserves opportunities to learn, challenge themselves, and celebrate progress.

Stewardship

We value caring for the landscapes we climb in and practicing responsible outdoor ethics so these places remain accessible for future generations.
